My name is Michael Stoller. I am an experienced family law attorney. I listen to my clients and try to define their objectives. I explain the divorce process and seek to help my client understand the available legal options and their possible outcomes. I then counsel them on the likelihood of achieving their objective and make suggestions regarding possible alternatives. While always holding my client’s best interest at heart, I encourage them to consider mediation and arbitration to settle their differences. I try to convey this to the other party as well. While I encourage arbitration, once it involves matters that are too dear to my clients, I remain firm in my demands. I absolutely will not shy away from litigation when my client has clearly instructed me to do so. If my client is unwilling to compromise their position, I will employ all means necessary to secure my clients’ objectives.
